Business meeting Any member is welcome to nominate themselves.
- Approval of 2024 AGM minutes – 2024 draft minutes
- Annual Executive Reports – presentation and approval, motion to pay outstanding bills president’s report
- Nominations/Elections for: President, Treasurer and any number of Directors at Large positions. —directors acceptance form
- General discussion and questions – plan our engagement with Saanich staff guest speakers and our ‘wish list’ for community amenities.
- Draw for door prize – $25.00 voucher donated by Big Wheel Burger.
