New Information provided at developers meeting with the Advisory Design Panel includes: project to meet BCBC 2024 Guidelines, new location for bike ramp down to underground parking, and the removal of path on south side of building. The Advisory Design Panel is supportive of the design but suggested restoring path and other amenity uses in the buffer zone on the south side. They also recommended the use of some conifer trees in the buffer zone.
