Many redevelopment projects will not require a re-zoning application or a Public Hearing. Community engagement is still valuable, and MVCCA will meet with developers at any stage of the process to encourage dialog. For current applications see Saanich&#8217;s: &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saanich.ca\/EN\/main\/local-government\/development-applications\/permit-and-development-tracker.html\">Permit and Development Tracker<\/a> &#8211; or refer to: &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saanich.ca\/EN\/main\/community\/about-saanich\/saanichmap.html\">SaanichMap<\/a> &#8211; which links from a specific property to Planning Dep&#8217;t applications. &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saanich.ca\/EN\/main\/local-government\/development-applications\/ssmuh.html\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.saanich.ca\/EN\/main\/local-government\/development-applications\/ssmuh.html\">Small-Scale Multi-Unit Housing (SSMUH) <\/a> -projects are issued a Residential Building Permit.
