BP drawings were submitted on October 20th, and we\u2019re currently addressing BP comments from Saanich. Our target is to have the BP issued by the end of March 2026.    ALT will take ownership of the site in mid-December and begin installing security fencing and boarding up the houses. Demolition is scheduled between February and March, with construction expected to start in early April 2026 and continue through to 2028.  <\/em>        <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>March 5, 2025, new Information provided at developers meeting with the Advisory Design Panel includes: project to meet BCBC 2024 Guidelines, new location for bike ramp down to underground parking, and the removal of path on south side of building. The Advisory Design Panel is supportive of the design but suggested restoring path and other amenity uses in the buffer zone on the south side.
